Who We Are
Since 2009, DESIGNetwork has been serving the Ohio and Indiana metro area with comprehensive architectural services, bringing together esteemed leaders in architecture, engineering, and construction.
From design and master planning to construction management, our residential, commercial, and industrial services
are completed in a timely manner. We travel to other states and do projects up to $4 million to $10 million. If a project location is close, we will not charge for mileage.

Core Team
Dean Bollinger - Architect
Dean Bollinger is an award-winning, NCARB-certified architect, registered in both Ohio and Indiana. With more than 35 years of experience in all phases of design and contract documents, his background includes design, presentation, and client contact for new and renovated projects in a broad range of design categories. An Ohio State University alum, Dean is a member of the N.T.H.P. and D.C.H.S. and presently serves for a variety of associations including, Madison County Chamber of Commerce, Madison County Trustees Association, the West Jefferson Planning and Zoning Commission, West Jefferson Business Council, the Uptown Plain City Organization, and the Friends of Madison County Parks and Trails.
Christopher Sekol - Structural Engineer
With more than 20 years of experience in structural engineering, Christopher Sekol holds both a civil and structural license in multiple states. The projects he has been involved showcases the depth of his experience, spanning from Ohio State University Value City Arena, Nationwide Arena Parking Structure, and Cedarville University Music Ministry Center to Hampton Inn Hotel High Street and multiple retail projects for The Home Depot, Bob Evans, and BP Gasoline. He is knowledgeable in commonly used building materials and has experience in a wide variety of market sectors including office, retail, education, religious, medical, residential, and sports and recreation.
PME Department
Our plumbing designer has 25 years of experience in all phases of design, production, consultation, and documentation of domestic water supply, sanitary and storm piping, process piping, and site utilities. With a Bachelor of Science degree in environmental design, he is skilled at coordinating and analyzing plumbing design, providing owners with materials, and thoroughly researching decisions.
Our mechanical designer has 20 years of professional experience, withexpertise in all phases of HVAC design, including load and ventilation calculations, drafting duct and systems, energy code compliance reports, and gas piping system sizing. He has worked with commercial offices, manufacturing facilities, schools, churches, and food service facilities to provide site surveys, data collection, and analysis of existing equipment and information for the production of new engineering designs of additions and remodels.
Our electrical designer is a highly skilled professional with experience in all areas of architecture and electrical engineering, his accomplishments including 20 years as a project manager and designer. He handles all electrical responsibilities and offers creative solutions to any issues that might occur.
Construction Department
DESIGNetwork is currently expanding into the full spectrum of construction. Starting from the ground up, we work on commercial and residential projects ranging from small foundation stabilizations to big renovation projects. Our tried and true network of construction contractors is made up of professionals with over 30 years of experience.
We'll associate with a residential or commercial contractor who best suits your project based on the size and type of the facility that you specify. You can rely on us to provide options for your unique design / build approach for your facility, as we strive to foster a cooperative, team-like atmosphere where owners can save time and money.
